Ian Mosquito

Ian plays multiple sports but only began playing cricket in 2022, when he joined Rainhill. An energetic fielder, Ian is also an aggressive middle-order batter.

Ian is a founder member of Mersey Rose Recreationals.

Ian made his debut for Mersey Rose in the season's opener at Newsham Park in 2024. That was a breakthrough season for Ian, who put in some creditable batting performances and finished as the club's second highest run scorer.

Ian was the Softball Team's Player of the Year in 2024 and also received the For Effort Award.
