David is an experienced scorer but is also a valuable member of the Mersey Rose squad.

David was a regular Rainhill player until 2006, after which he has concentrated on scoring. However, he has been inspired to come out of retirement to play for Mersey Rose Recreationals. A lower-order batter and a tidy bowler, David is also a member of the club's media team.
