Andi Page

Andi played some cricket in Scotland with Renfrew and Cumbernauld, but only began playing regular cricket when he came to Rainhill in 2013. 

In 2022 Andi served as vice-captain and was the regular wicketkeeper. He was voted the Players’ Player of the Year. The following year he served as team captain, before helping to establish Mersey Rose Recreationals Cricket Club.

His best bowling came at Nantclwyd in 2024, when he took 4-70. 

Andi was Mersey Rose's leading wicket-taker in the 2024 season, claiming 19 victims in the club's first season. Andi was also the club's top run scorer.

In 2024, Andi was the recipient of the Chairman's Player of the Year Award.

Andi is proudly LGBT+ and has served on the Liverpool and District Cricket Competition's EDI working group.
