Junior Membership
Mersey Rose Recreationals Cricket Club does not run specific junior teams.
We do not have a junior set-up as such, although juniors (under 16s) are more than welcome to play with us in either softball or hardball games.
Any juniors playing for the club will be subject to age restrictions and safety considerations. Junior players will be eligible to play in games for which the committee and relevant team captains deem appropriate and safe, and which are considered to be at a suitable level for their ability and experience. The club's selectors and captains have the right to refuse to allow a junior to if they feel the he/she/they lack(s) the skills to safely participate.
Within these safety parameters, junior players are welcome to play in either the hardball or softball teams. Juniors who play for our partner clubs are able to play for us without the requirement to pay a membership fee.
Junior membership is £10 per year.
The junior membership form can be downloaded here or obtained from any club official.
Membership of Mersey Rose Recreationals Cricket Club is open to all applicants regardless of age, ability, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, nationality, religious belief or social/economic status.
