Mersey Rose Recreationals Cricket Club has a capable scorer but we need to build up a team of volunteer scorers who can officiate at games so we are not overly dependent on the same person. After all, there is no game without a scorer!

Scoring may seem complicated but actually it is reasonably straightforward and full training can be given. The role is voluntary but expenses of £25 per game are payable.

Scorers are not required to volunteer every week - you can score as and when you are available.  It can be an interesting way of becoming involved in the club and getting to know players and coaches while doing something valuable.
