Lord Rockingham's XI is a "scratch team" that plays occasional friendlies - usually against Mersey Rose Recreationals but occasionally against other teams.

It is made up of a few Mersey Rose players, friends, work colleagues and players from other teams/clubs. The team captain is usually Andi Page.

The team name is a joke based on political history, Scottish music (Hoots Mon!) and Manchester's first gay club.
